05 Responsibilities of Dai Nam University

Dr. Le Dac Son, Chairman of the University Council, officially announced Dai Nam University’s five core responsibilities, which are directed toward students, parents, faculty and staff, the nation and society, and investors.

Our 1st responsibility is: Dai Nam University must be the University that delivers the top academic quality and gets the trust of both parents and students. The University must continuously strive for improvement to offer the highest quality education to students.

Dai Nam University offers the highest quality education so that students could have fulfilling lives and become upstanding citizens upon graduation

Our 2nd responsibility is: The key personnel team of Dai Nam University must be moral, talented, well-experienced, trained intensively and have problem-solving skills. Especially, they must understand the right things and understand the core values of Dai Nam University to lead. Their performances are evaluated based on both academic titles and work efficiency.

The team of key personnel - indispensable assistants of the University Council and the Presidential Board in implementing the development goals of the University.

Our 3rd responsibility is: Responsible for personnel working at Dai Nam University; ensuring: labor safety, reasonable salary regimes, fair management, and intensive working conditions. Employees have rights to propose and speak their own voices about their opinions. All management levels must be qualified, appointed fairly, and evaluated based on morality and capacity; opportunities for promotion are available for those meeting the requirements.

Our 4th responsibility is: Dai Nam University must set a good example for other citizens, responsible for the country and the society; participate in charitable activities, protect the environment, care for and protect public health…Simultaneously, thrive to become familiar with the society and get supports of all the activities within Dai Nam University.

Diverse volunteer activities for the society, guiding students towards the values of benevolence, righteousness, and beauty.

Our 5th responsibility is: The university must have responsibilities to investors, bringing them sustainable profits to keep on accompanying and develop Dai Nam University for a long-term period.
