The International Talent Training Program with 100% Taiwan Government Scholarships (INTENSE) and scholarships from Taiwanese universities provide students with opportunities to study and work in Taiwan.

The curriculum is designed with 50% theoretical content, 40% practical content including hands-on programs, projects, real-world activities, and paid internships at domestic and international companies, and 10% direct interaction with lecturers and foreign experts.

100% of specialized lecturers hold doctoral degrees or higher, trained at prestigious universities both domestically and internationally. Students also learn from senior lecturers and experts from top technology universities in Taiwan, such as Minghsin University of Science and Technology, Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, and Kun Shan University.

Starting from their first year, students participate in overseas training and professional development courses. Upon completion, they earn academic credits by submitting a reflective report on their experience.

100% of graduates are referred to jobs in their field of study upon graduation. For Taiwan Government Scholarship programs, companies commit to employing graduates for a minimum of 2 years with a salary of approximately 1,000 USD/month.
