The Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development at Dai Nam University is dedicated to fostering holistic student development, equipping them with strong academic expertise and mastery of essential soft skills to meet the demands of the digital-era job market. The curriculum, applied to all students at the Faculty of Soft Skills Training and Development, consists of two modules: Basic Soft Skills and Advanced Soft Skills.
Through the Fundamental Soft Skills course, students are equipped with essential knowledge for university learning, including self-directed learning techniques, self-assessment of strengths and weaknesses, personal orientation, and setting career goals to maintain motivation from the beginning. The course also helps students unlock their potential and become more effective in both academic and personal life with their communication skills.
In the Advanced Soft Skills course, the Faculty continues to provide students with knowledge that helps them build a unique personal identity. Students are guided to recognize and cultivate their own values, express their individuality, and persuade others through their distinct strengths.
