The secret to Dai Nam University's National Champion title of "Drug-Free School 2024"

Dai Nam University (DNU) has made a strong impression by winning the national first prize at the “Drug-Free School 2024” contest organized by the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with Vietnam Television. This is not only a testament to the talent and courage of DNU students but also the result of a comprehensive training strategy that focuses on knowledge, skills and social responsibility – the core values that the school steadfastly pursues.

Knowledge - the foundation of confidence

At DNU, students are well-trained with a combination of in-depth theory and vivid practice. Experiences from real projects, scientific research and specialized internships help students practice critical thinking and flexible improvisation – the decisive factors for success in intellectual playgrounds.

At the final round of "Drug-Free School 2024", DNU's team conquered the judges and the audience with their logical and convincing handling of the situation.

Accordingly, right from the first days of enrollment, students are guided in presentation skills, teamwork and creative thinking through training sessions, practical projects and diverse extracurricular activities. In particular, Dai Nam University is one of the pioneering universities to make soft skills a core subject, establishing the Soft Skills Training and Development Department to train soft skills for students of the whole school.
