Super CEO 2025 – The journey to create future leaders

Dai Nam University has always been a pioneer in creating intellectual playgrounds, helping students challenge, practice and affirm their abilities. Among them, the Super CEO 2025 competition, organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, stands out.

Super CEO 2025 - Official playground for young leaders

Held for the first time, Super CEO 2025 promises to become the leading annual playground for students not only at Dai Nam University but also for many universities and academies in the Northern region.

The competition receives support from CEOs and leading experts in the business field, providing opportunities for contestants to learn and approach business practices.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien - Vice Principal, Head of the Faculty of Business Administration, shared: "Super CEO is not just a competition, but an arena of intelligence and courage. We hope that the competition will become a flame that ignites the spirit of leadership, the desire to conquer and dare to think and dare to do for students not only at Dai Nam University but also spread to the student community in the North."

Journey to conquer the Super CEO title

The contest consists of 4 rounds:

• CEO's Courage
• Integration
• Breakthrough
• Conquer

The CEO Courage round attracted more than 500 applications, of which 286 excellent candidates passed to the Integration round.

After the Integration round, the 60 best contestants will continue to enter the Breakthrough round to select the best faces to compete in the Conquest round.
