“Soft Skills Development Program for Secondary School Students”

On February 6, 2018, at Quang Trung Secondary School, Quang Trung Commune, Vu Ban District, Nam Dinh Province, the graduating group "TEEN Breakthrough Thinking" of QTKD class 08-01, Dai Nam University applied all the knowledge and skills learned under the Dai Nam common house, bringing all students a very meaningful program in the last days of the year.
With the participation of teachers of the Faculty of Business Administration, the Board of Directors of Quang Trung Secondary School, all teachers in the school and more than 350 students. In order to train students in physical strength, teamwork skills, communication skills and work attitude. Teachers and students of the Faculty of Business Administration were warmly welcomed and supported by Quang Trung Secondary School.

Mr. Pham Van Hoa - Party cell secretary, Principal of Quang Trung Secondary School said: "This is a very useful and meaningful program. It trains students to have the most basic skills such as: communication skills, teamwork skills, time management skills and situation handling skills. It helps students to have more confidence for their future life."
The children put aside their shyness and together swore: “Unity, Victory” and brought home the most gifts for their team.

At first, the students still did not understand what “Teambuilding” was. But just a few minutes later, everyone understood that, no matter where they were or what they were doing, they needed to be united, understand each other, be skillful, and the team leader had to demonstrate the role of a leader. With an eager, enthusiastic spirit, the students gave their all, played their best, and never gave up. They experienced 4 games selected and prepared by the group. Bringing them laughter and meaningful gifts.

Part 2 of the program is the “Emotions” part. The “TEEN Breakthrough Thinking” graduation group went to the children’s homes to talk and share with their parents.

After the video “Mom and Dad, I understand” is the sharing of a true story of a former student Dinh Thi Quyen at Quang Trung Secondary School who is now more mature. Currently a final year student of the Faculty of Business Administration at Dai Nam University about her own story. Helps students have more motivation to study better and love their parents and teachers more. In addition, it has brought tears to many students because they are so emotional.

Finally, with their feelings and emotions for their parents, they wrote the most sincere words from the bottom of their hearts to send to their parents. There were even tears still soaked into the letter to show us that: "Family is where life begins and love never ends".
