Super CEO – A competition of great aspirations and a spirit of dedicated education for learners

With the theme of “CEO with the courage of the new era”, Super CEO is not only an intellectual playground but also a “furnace” of talents bearing the mark of Dai Nam pedagogy – where lecturers are companions and students are the center of all educational innovations. The competition was organized by the Faculty of Business Administration, in coordination with many prestigious units, attracting hundreds of students from universities and colleges in the Northern region, affirming the professional prestige and strong influence of Dai Nam University.

The Journey to Conquer the Pinnacle of Leadership: Fierce - Courageous - Inspiring

In the Final round, the 12 best contestants entered two decisive challenges:

Round 1 – Debate: Dramatic confrontations, reflecting sharp critical thinking, strategic communication skills and teamwork spirit – essential skills of a CEO in the digital age.

Round 2 – Strategic Presentation: The “CEO candidates” demonstrated their leadership qualities through building business strategies, making decisions, and providing management solutions. The jury, including experts and leading businessmen, directly gave advice, inspired and provided practical guidance to the candidates – demonstrating Dai Nam’s model of training connecting businesses and integrating into reality.
