The grand concert to welcome new students of K16 is an activity within the framework of the Opening Ceremony of the 2022 - 2023 school year of Dai Nam University.                                                                                                

This is an annual activity organized elaborately and grandly by Dai Nam University to welcome new students, helping them quickly get acquainted with the school, class, teachers, and friends; effectively adapt to the environment and professional learning methods at the university; create a playground, useful for students to demonstrate their talents, confidence and other skills.

Over many years of organization, the grand concert welcoming new students has become an indispensable "spiritual food" for Dai Nam University students. Here, students not only experience the outdoor stage system with modern sound systems and LED screens; directly "unleash" their youthfulness, enthusiasm, passion and overcome their "limits" with youthful and vibrant folk dance and flashmob performances in the Let's Dance competition; but also immerse themselves in the special performances of famous artists, such as: Justatee, Sobin Hoang Son, Trung Quan Idol, Bui Anh Tuan, Da LAB music group, Min, Only C, Lou Hoang, Dinh Manh Ninh, Nguyen Duc Cuong...

This year, the guest who “stirred up” the grand concert to welcome new students of K16 of Dai Nam University was Hoa Minzy – a female singer with a powerful and emotional voice in the Vietnamese music industry. She has made a splash with the music videos “Khong the cung nhau suot kiep”, “Nang mermaid” ….
