About studying National Defense & Security Education for regular university level classes

To : Head of Department of National Defense and Security Education, Heads of Faculties and Offices

- Based on the teaching and learning plan for the 2020-2021 school year;

- Based on the proposal of the Head of the Department of National Defense and Security Education and the Head of the Training Department.

The Board of Directors announces the teaching and learning plan for the subject of National Defense & Security Education for full-time university students in classes TA 12-01.02 & QTDL 12-01.02.03.04..

I- GENERAL PLAN

1- Time : From September 14, 2020 to October 10, 2020.

2- Location : Dai Nam University, No. 1, Pho Xom, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

II- RESPONSIBILITIES OF UNITS

1. Department of National Defense and Security Education: Responsible for overall teaching plans, inviting lecturers, disseminating plans to each class, managing classrooms, managing students, and organizing and managing the grounds, distributing military equipment according to plan. Require students to prepare full military equipment and attend class on time.
2. The Student Affairs Office and the Heads of relevant faculties deploy the plan to homeroom teachers and notify all students of upper classes to attend classes fully and seriously.
3. The Administration Department prepares the hall, lecture hall, playground, medical staff, and transports military equipment.
4. The Testing & Quality Assurance Department organizes the theory exam as scheduled.
5. The Finance and Accounting Department is responsible for collecting funds according to the norms.

III- FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

- Faculties and Centers coordinate with functional departments and the Department of National Defense and Security Education to urge students to pay tuition by class.

1. Student fees to be paid:

1. Deposit and settlement

• Beginning of the course:

- Students pay a deposit of 1,800,000 VND/student directly to the Financial Accounting Department to receive uniforms and personal belongings according to the detailed list in the attached appendix.

- Students pay 1,280,000 VND/student for meals to the canteen.

• End of course:

- The Finance and Accounting Department will directly settle the payment with the students after deducting the fees payable: 680,000 VND/student, electricity and water bills and deducting other fees to be compensated for damage or loss of uniforms (if any).

- Canteen settles meal bill with students.

- Depending on the study plan, if a student does not use any amount, the School will not collect the deposit for that amount or refund it upon settlement.

- Students who lose or damage their school uniforms must pay compensation according to the attached regulations.
