There is a saying: “The attitude of young people when striving towards a certain goal is the strongest, freshest, most beautiful attitude. In the world, there is nothing more beautiful than the arduous struggle of youth.” Each of us needs to make an effort, to strive to excel in work and study, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan - a former student of the 3rd course of the Faculty of Business Administration at Dai Nam University can be seen as an example of that effort.

If I had not had the opportunity to meet and talk with him, I would not have known that from the beginning, he also admitted that he was not considered an excellent student or anything. He shared: “Before studying at school, I was not a good student, I had to retake at least 6-7 subjects, and retake about 7 or 8 subjects. But only by retaking the evening classes did I feel happy, only after studying the subjects did I feel the meaning, now after graduating and going to work, I see how important it is.”
When asked about the school, he repeated: “My school is very happy, all the teachers in the school are happy. From Mr. Son, Mr. Ha, Mr. Minh,… everyone loves the students, creating all conditions for the students. If I had to choose again, I would still choose my school.”

It has been quite a while since he graduated, and he spent some time as a project manager at “BT international – an international joint stock company”. Then there was a time when he said that he “stumbled, fell, even fell painfully, leaving behind a painful lesson of his life” . Mr. Huan realized that he still lacked a lot, the things he had up to now were really not enough.
But for him: " If you lack something, then learn it. If you lack something, then you learn it. If you don't study, what can you do?" Until the time of the interview, he still said very innocently: " I'm still studying now, even if there is a school that trains in hotel management, I can go back and continue studying (laughs loudly)."
English is also important, the time of graduation was the time that surprised him the most. Although he had been studying and working for more than 3 years, he still realized that he was completely bad at English. Without it, how could he find opportunities to change, how could he escape poverty? "It was very difficult to graduate, it took me more than a year to earn money to study English, because I didn't have a clear plan at first, I studied a lot of nonsense. But now I see its importance, so I continue to study" - he said. Vietnam is integrating with the world, so you have to know at least one foreign language other than your mother tongue to work effectively. Foreign workers and specialized engineers are hired and invited more and more, if you can't communicate, it's hard to keep up with their technology. Regarding his experience in learning English, Mr. Huan said: "Poor students don't have money to study at a center, they have to explore books, newspapers and documents on their own" . Efforts lead to success, now he can apply for scholarships or interview at foreign companies and do projects with them easily.

I am also busy, but I still make time for my family and friends, so what do those who are so busy that they can’t do anything else do? - everyone laughed and thought”.
So, from a student who had to retake exams and retake classes, or even ask his teachers to leave early to go to work. But because he never stopped trying, Nguyen Quang Huan became a candidate highly appreciated by employers. He always learns about his profession. He thinks that learning things he doesn't know is great, knowing more about things he doesn't understand makes him feel like "turning a new page in life" .
His secret is that if you are not good enough, you have to be “thick-skinned”, have to learn and work in a way that “exploits” the people around you. “They can be a treasure trove of knowledge, you have to know how to take full advantage of it, if you don’t know something, you have to ask until you know it.”
