- People with a secondary school diploma who register for university level transfer admission can take the entrance exam with high school graduates in the annual university entrance exam of the university education institution.
- People with college degrees can register for joint training in one of the following forms according to the decision of the Head of the Education Department:
+ Participate in the annual university entrance exam with high school graduates.
+ Separate inter-university entrance exam is conducted by the training institution itself.
In addition, for the health sector:
- Only apply separate entrance exam for those who have a practice certificate and guaranteed entrance threshold according to regulations.
- Universities organizing joint training enrollment must ensure that at least one class of full-time university students has graduated.
Decision 18/2017/QD-TTg takes effect from July 15, 2017 , abolishing Circular 55/2012/TT-BGDDT and Circular 08/2015/TT-BGDDT .
