In order to support K18 new students to pay the admission fee quickly and conveniently, Dai Nam University sends you the detailed instructions below. New students please read carefully and follow the instructions to complete the admission fee payment.

Instructions for paying admission fees

Required: Before paying the Admission Fee, new students must access the online admission portal at: https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to check information and update their profile, and get the QR code for transfer (valid for 10 minutes).

* All new students must complete this step.

1. Transfer via Bank App or E-Wallet

To pay the Admission Fee by bank transfer via a bank App or e-Wallet (MoMo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay...). In the Admission Fee section on the online admission portal https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/, new students click the QR code payment button to get the QR code for transfer (valid for 10 minutes).

New students log in to the banking app or e-wallet then scan the transfer QR code obtained on the online admission portal https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to pay.

After successfully transferring the admission fee, new students will receive a payment confirmation message/email from Dai Nam University.

* New students who want to pay tuition in cash will submit on August 24-25.

Example: Transferring Admission Fees from VPBank NEO App:

Step 1: Log in to VPBank NEO account

Step 2: Select Transfer money then select Scan QR code

Step 3: Scan the transfer QR code or select the image containing the transfer QR code obtained from the online admission portal https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to pay

Step 4: Click confirm to complete payment

2. Check payment information via email:

After successfully paying tuition and fees, students log in to the registered email address according to the enrollment information to check the payment confirmation information of Dai Nam University.

3. Look up payment information:

After students pay tuition and fees, they will return to the admission portal - Dai Nam University https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ to look up the results.

Note:

1. When making a deposit, if students have problems and need support, call the hotline 02473029599 - extension 234 for advice.

2. After paying, students are requested to take a photo of the invoice for comparison when necessary.

3. Citizen ID: Students can look up admission information on the school's website https://nhaphoconline.dainam.edu.vn/ via their Citizen ID number.

Milestones for K18 freshmen to remember

1. August 17, 2024: Dai Nam University announced the admission score.

2. The school sends admission notices to qualified candidates. After receiving the admission notice, new students can enroll online.

3. From August 20 - August 31, 2024: Online admission

4. August 24 and 25, 2024: Direct admission

5. September 4: New students start going to school according to the school schedule.

6. September 28, 2024: Dai Nam University organizes the Opening Ceremony and Grand Concert to Welcome New Students of K18.

In this program, Dai Nam University conducted a lucky draw and awarded prizes up to 324 million VND to new students.

Lucky draw participants

To participate in the drawing, candidates must meet both of the following conditions:

- Condition 1: Submitted application directly to the Admissions Office of Dai Nam University from May 2 to September 9 and received a "Lucky Candidate" lottery ticket directly or via email.

- Condition 2: Have been admitted and completed the admission procedures to Dai Nam University for the 2024-2025 school year before September 9, 2024.

Conditions for receiving the award

To receive the prize, candidates must meet the following 3 conditions:

- Condition 1: Candidates must be present in person at the 2024 Dai Nam University New Student Welcome Gala.

- Condition 2: Contestants who are absent from the program for any reason will not be eligible to receive the prize. The drawing will be re-done to award the prize to another eligible contestant.

- Condition 3: When receiving the prize, the contestant must bring an ID card with a photo or the lottery ticket that was issued to verify the information (including the email ticket).
