Instructions for candidates to confirm admission online on the portal of the Ministry of Education and Training

Confirming online admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's portal is an important step that all candidates need to complete to officially become students of the university they have been admitted to. Below are detailed instructions for candidates to carry out this process easily and accurately.

Admission confirmation time

From August 19, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024, candidates must confirm university admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's information portal.

Instructions for online admission confirmation

Step 1: Log in to the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system

• Visit website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn .
• Enter your ID number, Login code, Confirmation code and press the Login button to access the system.

Step 2: Look up admission results

• After logging in, candidates select Search in the category on the Menu bar.
• Find and click on Look up admission results to see the results.

Step 3: View admission results

• The system will display the results of each school that the candidate has registered for admission with the status Pass or Fail.
• If the candidate passes, he/she will proceed to the next steps. Otherwise, it means that the candidate is unlucky and fails all the wishes registered for the school.

Step 4: Confirm admission

• For the passed wish, the candidate clicks the Confirm admission button to proceed with confirmation.

Step 5: Confirm admission decision

• After clicking confirm admission, the system will display the message Confirm admission decision.
• Candidates click the Agree button to complete the confirmation process.

Step 6: Check your enrollment status

• Once completed, the system will record the status Enrolled.

• This status will also be recorded simultaneously on the system of the university where the candidate has confirmed admission.

Note:

• Double check the information: Make sure that all the information entered is correct.
• Confirmation period: Carry out this process within the time specified by the Ministry of Education and Training to ensure admission rights.

Dai Nam University reviews transcripts for the 4th round of admission in 2024

Application process for the 4th round of high school transcripts in 2024

To participate in the 4th round of high school transcript admission in 2024, candidates need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Register for online application at: https://hosoxettuyen.dainam.edu.vn/

Step 2: Prepare hard copy documents to submit to the school before September 9, 2024.

Specifically, the documents include:

- 01 Notarized copy of High School/Vocational Education Transcript of 3 years of study.

- 01 Notarized copy of temporary graduation certificate.

- 01 Original copy of High School Graduation Exam Result Certificate (only submit when candidate is sure to study at the School)

- 01 Application form according to Dai Nam University's form (download HERE )

- 01 Notarized copy of citizen identification card/national identity card (both sides).

- Application fee: 50,000 VND/application.
