Hanoi youth eagerly participate in Halloween Festival

Halloween is approaching, in Hanoi there are many sideline activities and festivals organized by students to welcome the festival originating from the West.
Creepy, excited and vibrant were the feelings of those who attended the Halloween Festival organized by students of Dai Nam University on the evening of October 28. With many exciting activities, such as the competition to see which couple dressed up ugly, which ghost sang best, or which couple would become the most famous couple, the festival attracted more than 500 students to participate.
Nowadays in Vietnam, many schools, shopping malls, restaurants and families celebrate Halloween in many different ways. The cultural programs during the festival often revolve around topics such as luck in life, stories about ghosts and witches.
Over time, people have abandoned religious beliefs and viewed it as a festival in which both adults and children become characters in fairy tales. Through this, children are educated to be courageous, to overcome the fear of ghosts and darkness, to live a better life, and to remember the grace of their parents.
