Gen Z Finance Season 4 Launch: Dai Nam University's Finance Department accompanies the young generation to master personal finance

The GenZ Finance Program organized by the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University, officially "exploded" with its 4th season. This year, the program continues to bring practical and useful content, helping high school students equip themselves with basic financial knowledge, thereby better understanding personal financial management and avoiding financial risks.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Sy - Principal of the School and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam - Head of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting representing the two units signed a long-term cooperation agreement.

GenZ Finance season 4 officially kicked off at Tran Hung Dao High School - Ha Dong on the morning of November 4, 2024. The first event attracted the participation of students and experts in the financial field.

The program aims to support high school students to gain more knowledge about essential financial skills, including:

• Personal financial management: Guide students through the steps of financial planning, saving, spending wisely and investing early, helping to build a sustainable financial foundation.

• Preventing black credit: The program provides knowledge about healthy forms of credit, recognizing black credit and negative consequences when using informal sources of loans.
• Build smart financial habits: Encourage young people to develop spending management habits early, focusing on skills such as budgeting and controlling personal cash flow.

At the program, guest Vuong Thi Hai Hau - Valedictorian of Finance - Banking (K14) shared her experiences on how to manage expenses during her university years.

Ms. Hau shared: “Good personal financial management not only helps you control your spending but also helps form the habit of saving and investing reasonably.”

Journey across the North

It is expected that GenZ Finance season 4 will visit more than 40 high schools across Northern Vietnam, reaching thousands of students, helping young people confidently take control of their finances while still in school.

In particular, the GenZ Finance program season 4 not only provides knowledge but also valuable gifts. Participating students will experience:

• Meet and interact with experts in the financial field
• Financial challenge games: Activities that simulate real-life situations help students practice personal financial management skills, while also having the opportunity to receive useful gifts.
• Secret gifts: Many practical and interesting gifts will be given to you in the challenges, encouraging students' spirit of learning and discovery.
