DNU Psychological Support Center - A place to listen and accompany students

During the important transitional period of life, students often face many pressures from study, family, and society. To accompany students to overcome psychological difficulties, Dai Nam University has established the DNU Psychological Support Center. With the mission of "Listening - Understanding - Accompanying 24/7", the Center aims to build a healthy learning environment where students can develop comprehensively both intellectually and spiritually.

School Mental Health - An Alarming Problem

Academic pressure, family and social expectations, complicated relationships... are factors that make students prone to stress, anxiety, and even depression. According to recent studies, the rate of students suffering from mental health problems is increasing. This not only affects their academic performance but also causes serious consequences for their future.

DNU Psychological Support Center - Comprehensive solution for mental health care

Target:

• Counseling and psychological support: Individual counseling, group counseling, helping students relieve stress, find solutions to psychological problems.
• Raising awareness: Organize activities to promote and educate about mental health, helping students better understand psychological problems and how to prevent them.
• Building Community: Create a supportive community where students can share, listen, and understand.

Main activities:

• Personal Counseling: Consult directly with a psychologist to solve difficult psychological problems.
• Group Counseling: Organize support groups, helping students share experiences and learn from each other.
• Organizing seminars and workshops: Psychologists share knowledge and experience on psychological issues.
• Develop training programs: Train students in emotional management, problem solving, and relationship building skills.
• Provide references: Provide documents, books, articles on mental health, helpful for students.
