The Faculty of Banking and Finance of Dai Nam University is proud to be the leading applied training unit in Vietnam. The Faculty is currently training in two majors: Applied Banking and Finance Technology - Fintech, always aiming at training goals closely linked to the recruitment needs of society, ensuring that students after studying the training programs at the school can start working at the enterprise immediately without the need for retraining. 

What is special about the Faculty of Finance and Banking at Dai Nam University?

With a campus of about 13 hectares, Dai Nam University has provided students with a comfortable learning environment, freedom to experience and be creative. The Finance - Banking - Accounting - Auditing Practice Center was built to help meet the requirements of practical training to always be ready to serve students in practical exercises.

In order to realize the goal of 100% of students having jobs after graduation, the faculty has continuously signed cooperation agreements with banking systems and enterprises such as Vietcombank, OCB, MSB, BIDV, Vietinbank, VNDIRECT, MCredit,... to bring internship opportunities for students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking right from their school days. Through cooperation activities, students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Dai Nam University have the opportunity to intern and practice right from their first year, to practice and explore their careers, apply the knowledge they have learned into practice and impress future employers.

Cooperation agreements are continuously signed between schools and businesses.

In particular, based on the cooperation agreement with VietinBank, starting from 2022, final year students studying at the Faculty of Finance and Banking - Dai Nam University will experience practical operations at VietinBank Human Resources Training and Development School (VietinBank School). With the training courses at VietinBank School, students will definitely "pocket" a lot of practical experience to be ready to seize career opportunities right after graduation.

In addition to the goal of 100% of students having jobs immediately after graduation, Dai Nam University is also an attractive destination for students to have the opportunity to improve themselves through useful lessons, experiences and extracurricular activities.

Nguyen Minh Loan, a final year student of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University, soon got an internship position at a business right after the first semester.

Sharing about the learning environment and experiences at the Faculty of Banking and Finance, Dai Nam University, Nguyen Minh Loan, a final year student, currently interning as a Personal Customer Specialist at the International Bank - VIB, excitedly said: “For me personally, the learning environment at the faculty is very dynamic and practical. The lecturers always have thorough preparations in terms of technology so that the courses take place in an interesting way and bring students many experiences. In addition, the faculty also regularly organizes field trips and direct experiences of banking work to help students grasp basic knowledge about the organizational structure and division of work at a commercial bank and at the same time have an objective view of their future work positions. Participating in some specialized seminars such as digital banking also helps us know what we need to equip ourselves with to be able to take on job positions” .

During the time studying at the faculty, in addition to mastering professional knowledge, students also experience interesting extracurricular activities with teams and clubs.
