Confidence and openness with everyone, cooperation with each other and exploiting personal strengths... will help each person complete their tasks more smoothly and easily. Dai Nam University offers activities to high schools interspersed with school programs to help students and help students improve themselves while still in school!
Continuing the soft skills experience program for high school students of the Faculty of Business Administration, on March 28, 2018, the group of students of the QTKD class - 0801 continued to implement the program "TEAM STRENGTH" at Luc Ngan High School No. 1 - Chu Town - Luc Ngan District - Bac Giang Province with the participation of representatives of the Faculty of Business Administration, representatives of Luc Ngan High School No. 1 and hundreds of grade 12 students of Luc Ngan High School No. 1.

Dai Nam University is present in the soft skills training program for students of Luc Ngan High School No. 1.

The goal of the Dai Nam student group is to expand their knowledge, and aspire to bring students an environment for learning, playing, experiencing, asserting themselves, breaking down their own barriers, and discovering their personal potential to improve themselves. Help students change their perceptions, think, and express their own emotions so that they feel happy, optimistic, and responsible for themselves, their families, and the community.
Through studying and practicing Soft Skills, you will form knowledge, skills and attitudes such as: knowing how to work in a team, integrating into the collective, having team spirit; practicing alertness, confidence, and steadfastness in communication; optimistic thinking, positive thinking and creativity in studying as well as working; maximizing your strengths so that you can develop yourself in the best way. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each individual to supplement and coordinate together to work better.

Many soft skills activities take place

The Soft Skills Experience Program for high school students of Dai Nam University - TEAM STRENGTH, true to the slogan I CAN'T BUT WE CAN, includes a series of outdoor and indoor activities with interesting and useful games and quiet moments to help you experience Soft Skills. Through group games that require teamwork, you can solve problems and conflicts when working in groups, the hesitation and confusion when facing "teammates" who have never communicated before, small problems are gradually resolved during the participation process.

Children participate in many games that require team spirit, quick wits, and logical thinking.

With the focus on education quality, training university-level human resources with high expertise, standard English, and proficient soft skills, Dai Nam University in general and the Faculty of Business Administration in particular constantly strive to train and support students to participate in learning and movements. Activities help to enrich knowledge, improve capacity, especially create the ability to break through and express oneself during the graduation period before graduation.
