Dai Nam University received a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the school's founding (November 14, 2007 - November 14, 2014), celebrating Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 and opening the new school year 2014 - 2015.

At 6:00 p.m. on November 18, 2014, Dai Nam University solemnly held a rally to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the school's founding (November 14, 2007 - November 14, 2014), to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20) and the opening ceremony of the new school year 2014 - 2015. At the same time, the final round of the Dai Nam University Student Singing Contest was also held to celebrate this important event of the school.

The rally was attended by teachers in the Board of Directors, the Board of Management; staff, lecturers of the University and thousands of students of Dai Nam University. At the beginning of the program, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Management opened the program, beating the drum to welcome the opening ceremony of the new school year. He sent his congratulations to all staff and lecturers on November 20, and at the same time, he wished Dai Nam students a school year with many high achievements.

Established on November 14, 2007, Dai Nam University has had 7 years of construction and development. Over the past 7 years, all officers, lecturers and employees of Dai Nam, especially members of the Board of Directors and the School's Board of Management, have made continuous efforts and devoted themselves day and night to training generations of quality students, building a brand "Dai Nam University - Study to change". Dai Nam University has received many certificates of merit as well as compliments from the Ministry of Education and Training for its achievements over the past 7 years.

At the rally, Associate Professor Dr. Phan Trong Phuc read the commendation decision of the Minister of Education and Training for Dai Nam University for the school's outstanding achievements in the past 7 years. That commendation is the recognition and trust of the Ministry of Education and society in the "career of cultivating people" of Dai Nam University.

At the same time, during this celebration, the school also rewarded many students with excellent achievements in studying, training and other social activities.

Students and school clubs with good achievements in study and activities also received certificates of merit from the Principal.

In celebration of the school's three important holidays, in addition to the contestants' performances, there were also extremely unique and impressive performances prepared by all staff, teachers and students in the school.

The opening performance was the collective singing "Pride of Vietnamese Teachers" by the school's staff and lecturers.

With the traditional orange shirt, the song of the teachers received enthusiastic cheers from the students.

It can be seen that the performances of students from the Faculties were invested very elaborately from costumes to song content such as group singing and dancing of the Faculty of Accounting, Faculty of Business Administration; conical hat dance of the boys of the Faculty of Public Administration & Information Technology or the musical of the Faculty of Construction - Architecture... Those are meaningful, priceless gifts from students to their teachers on Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

Following the program was the “Students of Dai Nam University Singing Contest”. With 10 performances in the final round, each contestant had a unique personality, they confidently took control of the stage and performed their songs excellently.

At the end of the competition, the organizers found the champion. That was contestant Dao Duy Khanh, registration number 02. Duy Khanh brought a fiery atmosphere with the song "Cay Bang" in the Rock music style.

Pham Tu Linh - Candidate No. 07 with the song "Lake on the Mountain" conquered the judges and won second prize in the contest.

Third prize went to Nguyen Ngoc Mai – Candidate No. 08 with the song “On the top of the clouds”

With her gentle voice and the cheerful song "Love of Sunny Colors", and confident performance, SBD 04 - Pham Thuy Trang deserves the promising vocalist award.
