On the morning of November 14, 2017, Dai Nam University solemnly held the 10th Anniversary Ceremony (November 14, 2007 - November 14, 2017) and received the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister at Phu Lam campus, Ha Dong.

Dr. Le Dac Son reported on the 10-year summary of construction and development of Dai Nam University.
This is an opportunity for generations of teachers and students to meet and exchange, and at the same time, it is an opportunity for the school to look back on the past journey, from which it continues to make greater efforts in its training career, to meet the trust and expectations of society, to fulfill its mission for the cause of education and to build and develop the country. After 10 years of construction and development, Dai Nam University has had more than 17,000 generations of students who have studied and are studying, nearly 400 permanent lecturers, including 3 Professors - Doctors, 27 Associate Professors - Doctors, 55 Doctors and 130 Masters.Attending the ceremony were the presence of departments at all levels, leaders of Ministries, Departments, and Branches; representatives of units, agencies, and the press; friends; school leaders; all lecturers, students, and hundreds of alumni who came to congratulate.
After the epic performance “Dai Nam – 10 years of a journey” was the Summary Report of 10 years of building and developing Dai Nam University by Dr. Le Dac Son – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
At the same time, to recognize the outstanding achievements over the past 10 years, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the school's establishment, Dai Nam University was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister. This is a great honor for teachers, staff and students of all generations of Dai Nam University.
Mr. Phung Minh Son - Permanent Vice Chairman of the City's Emulation and Reward Council presented the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to Dai Nam University.
Also at the ceremony, 3 groups and 9 individuals were honored to receive certificates of merit according to Decision No. 4787 - QD - BGDĐT of the Minister of Education and Training; and 6 groups and 42 individuals received certificates of merit for "excellently completing tasks in the process of building and developing the school in the period 2007-2017".

In particular, in recent years, Dai Nam University has made efforts to promote international cooperation activities in the fields of training and scientific research. On this occasion, Mr. Hashino Nobuo, President of the Jlan Test Association (Japan), attended, congratulated and awarded scholarships to students of Dai Nam University.

Over the past 10 years of establishment and development, generations of Dai Nam staff, lecturers and students have always maintained the tradition of good teaching and good learning. Many generations have succeeded in many fields such as economics, education, culture..., holding many key positions in agencies, units and organizations.This year, the 10th Anniversary of the school was held in a grand manner, with many exciting activities such as the Elegant Student Contest, camping contest, clip contest, football tournament..., especially the Startup Camp with dozens of feasible projects, including projects that have come true such as the Chicken Farm project of the Faculty of Business Administration (First Prize in the 2016 Startup Contest), the startup projects of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Information Technology.
