In the days leading up to Vietnam Teachers' Day, November 20 - the day to honor the teaching profession , public opinion is abuzz with a series of stories that make society feel sad: students assaulting teachers, teachers going beyond limits, angry parents storming into schools... Each incident is a small slice, but reflects a big worry: the light from the lamp of education seems to be obscured by clouds of doubt and loss of faith. Amidst the noise and judgment, the important thing is not to find out who is right or wrong, but to find the original spirit of education - where teachers, students, parents and society all light up with heart, faith and compassion.

Teachers - teach with heart before teaching with knowledge

In every era, teachers are still the center of the career of educating people. But in the hustle and bustle of life and the pressure of exams, many people are caught up in “lectures and grades”, forgetting the core: education is about touching the human soul.

Today's teachers not only need knowledge, but also inner peace to be able to sympathize, guide and spread positive energy to students.

They want to be trusted instead of scrutinized, understood instead of judged, shared instead of isolated, and creative instead of constrained.

When the teacher's heart is bright, the lesson will be warm. When the teacher is respected, the student will respect him back.

However, teaching with heart also means knowing how to keep the limits of the teaching profession. A teacher not only imparts knowledge, but also represents ethical standards and personality. No one has the right to go beyond that limit for any reason. If someone feels that he or she no longer has enough patience, love and respect for his or her students, then having the courage to leave the podium is also a way to keep the teaching profession clean, a sacred profession, reserved only for those who are worthy.

Parents understand, sympathize and accompany the school

Education is not just a story of the classroom, but a triangle of teachers, students and parents. When trust is lacking at one point, the whole system will be shaken.

Many parents see their children as “investment projects”, waiting to receive a report card or an award. However, people are not products to be measured by numbers, but rather growing souls, needing love and guidance.

Understanding is not only understanding the child, but also understanding the teacher, the person who is dedicating all his youth and emotions to sowing the seeds of knowledge.
When parents only look at the results, they easily see mistakes. But when they look with sympathy, they will see the effort and love for the profession hidden behind each lesson.
A thank you message, a word of encouragement, sometimes heals more than a thousand complaints.

A sustainable education is built by parents who listen instead of judge, share instead of demand.
And when parents, teachers and schools speak the same language of love and respect, children will grow up with a full heart and the belief that this world is worth living.

Social networks - need to spread the phenomenon with a kind perspective

Never before has a school incident spread as quickly as it did today. Within minutes, images, clips, and comments were everywhere.
The power of social media can illuminate the truth, but it can also burn down a person's reputation.

Thanks to social networks, many cases have been cleared of vulnerable students, victims protected, and injustice exposed. That is a positive and necessary aspect.
But there are also many teachers and students who are criticized, misunderstood, and pushed into a dead end by public opinion before the truth is clear.
A short clip, a hot comment can burn down a person's career.

Therefore, social networks It is necessary to spread the phenomenon with a kind perspective, not avoiding the bad, but also not judging hastily.
Only when we dare to speak of darkness with light can we help the truth to be revealed, and goodness to have a chance to grow.

Education managers – act promptly, with wisdom and compassion

Heartbreaking incidents in schools are not just individual faults, but warning signals from the system.
Education managers must be valuable gatekeepers, able to see risks early and act at the root.

A teacher training program needs to include “learning to be human”, not just “learning to teach”.
A school needs a school psychology department, not just a quality assurance department.
And a manager needs to have human sensitivity, so that no small injury is overlooked.

Education cannot be extinguished by directives, achievements or cover-ups. It can only be saved by timely, decisive and loving action.

When we hold the light together

Every time we read a sad news about education, more than anyone else, those who work in education cannot help but feel sad. Because each negative news about “a wrong teacher” makes thousands of other teachers bow their heads in silence. They are sad not only because of the incident, but because the honor of the profession is easily viewed with a distorted view.
Teachers are not afraid of hardship, only of being misunderstood; not afraid of responsibility, only of losing the trust of society.

If we are steadfast in our philosophy: Teachers teach with their hearts. Parents accompany with understanding. Social networks spread the phenomenon with a kind perspective. Managers act with wisdom and compassion. All together hold the light of faith, understanding and love, education will no longer be a battle of right and wrong, but a journey of understanding and love. And then, every day at school will truly be a happy day for teachers, students and society.
