Dai Nam University dormitory is located on the campus of Dai Nam University at No. 1, Xom Street, Phu Lam, Ha Dong, Hanoi . Invested in construction on a grand scale, Dai Nam University dormitory is built with the motto of discipline, civilization, efficiency, safety, sustainability, and long-term. With the criteria of serving learners, creating the best conditions for accommodation, living and studying for students . Supplementing the main activities of the School, contributing to the good implementation of the training goals and tasks of the School.

Dormitory campus at Dai Nam University
Dai Nam University dormitory has a total area of 5000m2 with 144 rooms, serving 1400 accommodation for students. The project is built with a beautiful, modern, harmonious architectural design, consistent with the overall architecture of Dai Nam University), from the environmental landscape such as lawns, trees, playgrounds, walkways, next to the dormitory there will be additional works: stadium, Physical Education Room: 01 room with modern, standard training equipment.
Inside the dormitory are items such as: canteen, each room in the dormitory has a private bathroom, each student has a private space with a wardrobe, bed, with the fee for a regular room is 200 thousand/person, air-conditioned room is 300 thousand/person, a room can accommodate up to 8 students, room fees will be collected by period.
In addition to the room fee, students need to pay the following additional fees:
• Security deposit at the beginning of the year: 200 thousand VND/person (when you no longer stay at the dormitory, you will receive this amount back)
• Equipment fee: 100 thousand VND/person
• Internet: 30 thousand VND/person/month paid periodically.
• Electricity 2.7 thousand VND/kWh, water 15 thousand VND/kWh. The electricity and water bill is finalized on the 20th of every month, and you divide the electricity and water bill to the head of the department. The head of the department is responsible for paying the electricity and water bill to the dormitory manager.
