Dai Nam University announces receiving applications for admission based on high school transcripts for the 4th round of 2024

Expanding study opportunities at Dai Nam University for 2K6 candidates, from August 2 to September 9, 2024, the school continues to accept applications for the 4th round of 2024 academic transcripts for 35 regular undergraduate training majors, 01 international training major and 06 training majors under international joint programs.

Quality assurance threshold for input batch 4, 2024 (Floor score for receiving applications)

The score for receiving high school transcript applications for the 4th round of 2024 will remain stable as in previous rounds, ranging from 18-24 points.

In particular, the admission score for Medicine and Pharmacy is from 24 points and the 12th grade academic performance is from Excellent; Nursing is from 19.5 points and the 12th grade academic performance is from Fair or higher.

The score for receiving transcripts for the remaining majors is from 18 points.

How to calculate admission score based on transcript

Candidates choose 1 of the 2 following scoring methods to optimize their admission chances:

- Admission based on high school transcripts based on the average score of grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12 according to the subject group for admission.

Admission score = (Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score). Subject 1 score = (Average for the whole year of grade 11 subject 1 + Average for semester 1 of grade 12 subject 1) / 2; Subject 2 score, Subject 3 score are calculated similarly to Subject 1 score.

- Admission based on high school transcripts based on the average score of grade 12 according to the subject group for admission.

Admission score = (Score of subject 1 + Score of subject 2 + Score of subject 3). In which, Score of subject 1 = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 1; Score of subject 2 = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 2; Score of subject 3 = Average of the whole year of grade 12 subject 3.

- Condition 1: Submitted application directly to the Admissions Office of Dai Nam University from May 2 to September 9 and received a "Lucky Candidate" lottery ticket directly or via email.

- Condition 2: Have been admitted and completed the admission procedures to Dai Nam University for the 2024-2025 school year before September 9, 2024.

Conditions for receiving the award

To receive the prize, candidates must meet the following 3 conditions:

- Condition 1: Candidates must be present in person at the 2024 Dai Nam University New Student Welcome Gala (expected date: September 28, 2024).

- Condition 2: Contestants who are absent from the program for any reason will not be eligible to receive the prize. The drawing will be re-done to award the prize to another eligible contestant.
