Dai Nam University announces admission scores for 2024

The Admissions Council of Dai Nam University (school code DDN) has just officially announced the admission scores for the 2024 regular university program - phase 1 based on the method of considering high school graduation exam scores and academic records.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Dai Nam University will enroll 8,090 full-time university students in 35 mass training programs, 1 international program and 6 international joint programs.

Accordingly, the admission score based on the 2024 high school graduation exam score will increase by 1-4 points compared to 2023.

Specifically:

The major with the highest admission score is Medicine with 22.5 points. Next is Pharmacy with 21 points; Nursing, Chinese Language with 19 points; Korean Language, Multimedia Communications, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Tourism and Travel Services Management (in association with Taiwan), Economic Law with 18 points; Automotive Engineering Technology, International Business, Finance - Banking, Accounting, Public Relations, English Language, Japanese Language, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (in association with Taiwan) with 17 points. The remaining majors have 16 points.

Standard score for high school transcript review method: Medicine, Pharmacy 24 points - grade 12 academic performance from Excellent; Nursing 19.5 points - grade 12 academic performance from Fair. The remaining majors 18 points.

What should qualified candidates do?

1. Prepare admission documents

Candidates who meet the admission requirements prepare a complete application and submit it directly to the school. Required documents include:

+ Admission notice (original)

+ Military service transfer recommendation letter (for men)

+ Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2024 (original)

+ Temporary graduation certificate (original) or high school graduation certificate (notarized photocopy).

+ High school transcript (notarized copy)

+ Birth certificate (notarized photocopy), Citizen ID card (notarized photocopy)

+ CV (with confirmation stamp of the People's Committee of the commune/ward).

2. Choose the most suitable form of admission for yourself

After announcing the admission scores, Dai Nam University will send candidates a notice of admission, instructions on admission documents, tuition fees, admission fees, time and place of admission.

Accordingly, in 2024, Dai Nam University will organize admission in 2 forms: Online and In-person.

- Online admission from August 20-31, 2024.

- Enroll directly at the school on August 24 and 25, 2024.

+ Morning: From 7:30 – 12:00.

+ Afternoon: From 13:30 – 17:30.

Note: Candidates choose the most suitable form of admission for themselves. Direct admission time is allocated according to the field of study. Candidates need to monitor and comply with the exact admission time stated in their admission notice.

3. Remember important dates

- From August 20 to August 31, 2024: Online admission.

- August 24 and 25, 2024: Direct admission, visit and experience facilities, meet teachers, and answer questions.

- September 4, 2024: New students start going to school according to the school's schedule.

- From September 16, 2024: Participate in new student integration week activities, meet new students of all faculties.

- September 28, 2024: Dai Nam University organizes the Opening Ceremony and the largest K18 Welcome Concert in the North.
