Towards the Sea and Islands of the Fatherland was organized on May 22 by Dai Nam University. This activity was to protest China's action of placing the Haiyang 981 drilling rig on Vietnam's continental shelf. In addition, the young generation of Dai Nam University showed their determination to protect the sacred sovereignty of the nation.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa (Head of Communications Department of Dai Nam University) shared: “Through the program, we hope to nurture national pride in the students.
