An important point that candidates taking part in the 2015 university and college entrance exam should note is that if they have passed their first choice, they cannot register for additional admission rounds even though they have up to 16 admission choices.

An important point that candidates taking part in the 2015 university and college entrance exam should note is that if they have passed their first choice, they cannot register for additional admission rounds even though they have up to 16 admission choices.

In 2015 enrollment, the Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that candidates can only use the Certificate of Exam Results for the first round of enrollment to register for 1 university or college. Each school, candidates can register for a maximum of 4 wishes in order of priority from 1 to 4.

During the 20-day period of the first admission round, candidates can adjust their registered admissions or withdraw their applications to apply to another school. Candidates who have passed the first admission round are not allowed to apply for additional admissions.
Candidates can use 3 certificates of exam results for additional admission to register for up to 3 schools at the same time , each school can register for up to 4 wishes in order of priority from 1 to 4.
During each additional admission round, candidates are not allowed to withdraw their application. After each admission round, if they are not accepted, candidates can withdraw their application to register for admission in the next additional admission round.
Sharing with candidates, Mr. Tran Van Nghia, Deputy Director of the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance of the Ministry of Education and Training, said that if candidates have passed the first round, they cannot register for additional admission rounds. Therefore, although each school allows candidates to register for a maximum of 4 majors, they should not register for majors that they do not wish to study. Candidates should note that for each major, candidates must specify the subject combination for admission.
Regarding how to register for admission to take advantage of 16 university admission wishes? Mr. Tran Van Nghia said that the optimal solution is for students to try to use only 1 wish to be admitted. It is expected that most of the admission quotas will be considered in the first round. To be admitted in the first round, students must consider choosing a school and major that suits their strengths, and at the same time, is suitable for their exam results. Admission scores of majors in previous years are important information for students to consider when registering for admission.
In the application process, the most difficult decision for students is whether to withdraw from their choice or “stick with it”. If students can choose more than one major in one school, the decision is much easier.
The leaders of the Examination Department also reminded candidates about the code table of high schools for the 2015 national high school exam, because the list of high schools posted online can change daily. The reason is because the right to change is at the Department of Education and Training on the national exam management software system, not the Ministry of Education and Training's strict regulations.
Candidates should note that this is just a reference list. The official high school codes are provided on the National High School Exam Management Software System. Or, candidates can contact the place where they submitted their application, the Department of Education and Training, for accurate information.

Mr. Tran Van Nghia: The Ministry will not publish additional sample test questions. However, through the sample test questions that have been published, you can clearly see the direction of the two groups of questions. And so, you can completely refer to the high school graduation exam questions and university entrance exam questions from previous years to review.
