ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES TO CELEBRATE 85TH ANNIVERSARY
FOUNDING DAY OF HO CHI MINH COMMUNIST YOUTH UNION (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2016)

I. PURPOSE - REQUIREMENTS
1. Purpose
- Celebrating the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
- Create a vibrant and widespread emulation movement for Youth Union members, improve health in the spirit of "having fun to learn". Through that, Youth Union members have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other.
- Continue to affirm the attention and care of the Party Committee and the School Board for the training, fostering and education of the young generation.
2. Requirements
- Attracted a large number of staff, lecturers, union members and students to participate.
- Movement activities must be carefully prepared, organized safely, effectively and highly educational.

II. PARTICIPANTS
1. Staff, lecturers and employees of the whole school.
2. Students of the whole school.

III. CONTENT
1. Time: March 23, 2016
2. Location: Dai Nam University yard - Phu Lam campus, Ha Dong, Hanoi.
3. Content of activities and assignment of responsible units:

4. Specific implementation content:
4.1. Emulation movement "Green Lecture Hall":
- Basic content of the emulation movement: "Green Lecture Hall"
ü Green – environment.
ü Green - knowledge.
ü Green – ethical.
- Each class sends 01 excellent, enthusiastic, responsible, exemplary student to join the Youth Volunteer Team.
- The Youth Volunteer Team operates under the direction and assignment of tasks of the Study Committee - School Youth Union Executive Committee.
- Duties of the Youth Volunteer Team: arrive 15 minutes early for each class, supervise at the checkpoints of the 2 training facilities; At the end of the class, check the implementation of the branches once more; Make surprise checks; Monitor and remind compliance with the "Green Lecture Hall" regulations and grade according to the available scoreboard; At the end of each week, month, semester, the Youth Volunteer Team Leader summarizes the scores of the classes and announces on the school's media the ranking order of each class (website, Facebook ...).
- Time:
ü Launch and registration of the "Green Lecture Hall" competition: March 7, 2016.
ü Time for Classes to send list of students participating in the Youth Volunteer Team: 9:30 a.m., March 7, 2016.
ü Summary: end of semester II, school year 2015-2016.

4.2. DaiNam's Got talent contest:
- Content and rules of participation:
+ Rules : All students of Dai Nam University who have talent (individual or collective) and can demonstrate this talent through a performance on stage have the right to register to participate in the program.
+ Types of contest performances: Singing; Music (band, playing musical instruments...); Variety shows (comedy, magic, puppetry, dance, acrobatics, circus, traditional arts...)
- Time:
+ Registration: From March 4, 2016 to 5:00 p.m. March 8, 2016.
+ Preliminary round: 8:00 a.m. March 12, 2016.
+ Semi-finals: 8:00 a.m. March 19, 2016
+ Final: March 23, 2016
- Location: Phu Lam Facility - Ha Dong - Hanoi.

4.3. “Miss & Mr DNU” Contest
- Content: Contest photos must be personal photos, can be full body or half body (selfies are not accepted); photos clearly show DNU brand identity. Minimum photo size is 2MB.
- Participants: Students, alumni of all systems in the University; Staff and lecturers of Dai Nam University
- Time:
+ Submit photos to participate in the contest: March 4, 2016 ÷ 10:00 March 15, 2016.
+ Voting time: 09:00 March 17 ÷ 21:00 March 21, 2016.
+ Results announcement: March 23, 2016.

4.4. Folk games and folk dance competitions:
- Content:
+ Tug of war: Each Youth Union registers 01 team of 05 men - 05 women.
+ Folk dancing: Each Youth Union branch is required to register 01 team to participate, with at least 80% of the branch members.
+ Throwing a shuttlecock; Jumping rope; Blindfolded drumming: Teachers and students can participate freely, no need to register in advance.
- Registration period: from March 4, 2016 ÷ March 11, 2016.

4.5. “Audience Number One” Contest:
- Content: Each Youth Union Branch is required to form 01, minimum 10 student teams to participate. The teams will participate in cheering for the competitions divided into groups by the Organizing Committee. The teams selected by the Organizing Committee for the first time will continue to cheer for the final night of DaiNam's Got talent. In the groups, the best cheering teams will be selected, from which the team that performs most enthusiastically and impressively will be awarded the first, second and third prizes at the end of the DaiNam's Got talent competition.
- Registration period: from March 4, 2016 ÷ March 11, 2016.
