The specialized knowledge of Public Relations and Communication has been vividly conveyed to students by the teachers of the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication. The theoretical block is applied to real situations and students practice right in class. Currently, there are some schools that also train in Public Relations and Communication but it is quite heavy on theory, students are often "hungry" for practice, but for Public Relations and Communication students, Dai Nam University, the practice time accounts for 60% of the subject time.
Becoming a good reporter is also a practical goal that the Faculty of Public Relations aims for.
Career opportunities for new graduates are currently quite limited, however, for Dai Nam University students, when fully equipped with practical career skills right from school, they are highly appreciated by businesses when recruiting because the practical knowledge they learn at school is equivalent to 02 years of practical experience of working employees.
According to student Duong Hong Loan, class QHCC 08-01, " Applying theory to practice right in class not only helps students systematize the knowledge they have learned but also gain more experience, hone professional skills in a practical, highly applicable way so that students are confident and can make a difference when answering job interviews."
Humanity has entered the 21st century - the intellectual century in which humans play a decisive role in development with the trend of globalization, development of knowledge economy, high technology, especially information technology, forming an intellectual civilization. In that context, the research and application of active teaching methods in the teaching of QHCC-TT subjects is an issue of special importance. The Faculty of QHCC-TT at Dai Nam University with a team of enthusiastic and experienced lecturers always aims at active teaching methods, combining theory with practice; the motto of the Faculty is not to cram knowledge but to teach to help students change their perceptions, improve their knowledge and skills.
