Not only organizing simple recreational activities for students, Dai Nam University always strives to create intellectual and useful playgrounds that educate students about social responsibility. Traditional camping is an example.
Each year, the school's traditional camp has a specific theme that is suitable for the general trend and situation of the country. After 6 times of holding the camp, it has created an explosion of nearly 300 booths with the participation of more than 9,000 students, with the themes: Dai Nam University with urban civilized culture, Green University - urban civilized culture, Green environment - green start-up...

“Under the impact of global climate change, hundreds of millions of people around the world will fall into poverty; human health, longevity, and quality of life will decline. This war is not for anyone alone. Everyone, especially the younger generation, needs to take stronger action to combat global climate change. This is the reason why Dai Nam University regularly and continuously includes environmental topics in movement and learning activities…”, said Ms. Cao Thi Hoa.

Over the past 11 years, the green volunteer shirt of Dai Nam University has reached many roads of the country such as: Ha Giang, Son La, Thanh Hoa, Bac Giang, Hoa Binh... The green summer volunteer activities of Dai Nam University youth have contributed to helping many individuals and families with especially difficult circumstances in many provinces and cities to spread meaningful messages about protecting the landscape and living environment.
With 5 years of maintenance and organization, the public waste collection activity of the Dai Nam University Student Volunteer Team has attracted more than 2,000 students to participate in collecting waste in public places such as West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, Thu Le Park... contributing to educating students' awareness and conveying the message of environmental protection to millions of people in society.
