Candidates receive the Exam Notice at the place where they submitted their exam registration documents . Read the content of the Exam Notice carefully. If you find any errors, you must immediately notify the units that return the National High School Exam Notice for guidance and support.

What should I do if I do not receive my Exam Registration Form or if it is lost?

According to the Ministry's regulations, there will be pre-paid exam registration units and post-paid exam registration units, but you should not worry. The exam registration receiving units will print and return according to the plan.

In case of losing the exam notice or having any errors before the exam, the candidate must bring Form No. 2 (the Form that the application receiving unit returns to the candidate after signing and stamping the confirmation) directly to the Examination Council at the registered Examination Cluster at the meeting to disseminate the regulations to complete the exam registration procedures./
