Sharing about the “fate” that came to the Faculty of Construction - Dai Nam University, Dat said : “Having failed the entrance exam to the University of Construction, I intended to retake the exam to “take revenge”. However, after researching and consulting with experienced people in the industry, I decided to choose the Faculty of Construction - Dai Nam University as the place to continue my dream. For me, the environment is not everything, my own efforts and efforts are important. In addition, at DNU, I learned from teachers from the University of Construction, who have very good expertise. The teachers not only teach knowledge but also teach students how to behave and how to be a human being. The love for the school and teachers just grew up like that…”

“After 4.5 years of studying at DNU, I see that Dai Nam is not inferior to any public university. Not only does Vu Viet Dat strive to study to improve his knowledge, he also actively participates in the school's movement activities to develop himself comprehensively. "A good degree needs to go hand in hand with a good personality. DNU's movement activities help me develop a more complete personality, know how to sympathize, love and share with those who are less fortunate than me; a rich spiritual life makes me always feel optimistic, love life and think positively in everything..." Dat shared.

After school, I would go play badminton or play guitar and sing with friends, it was so relaxing… ”, Dat said.
Good expertise must go hand in hand with good character.
Always keeping in mind that "on the road to success there are no footprints of lazy people", Vu Viet Dat has chosen the right direction for himself, devoted himself to pursuing his passion and has achieved admirable initial successes.
Talking about the successes he has achieved, Dat modestly said: “I appreciate what I have achieved today and always use it as motivation to continue to strive and work hard in the future…” And the “secret” to the young man’s success is to determine the right goal and immediately start working towards achieving it.

Dat confided: “ There is no success without sweat and effort. Just devote yourself when you are young. Pursue your passion, success will follow you. Right from when you are still in school, study seriously to have good professional knowledge, improve soft skills and foreign languages to be able to “survive” in any harsh environment…” Because, for Viet Dat , “ good expertise must go hand in hand with a good personality !”
As a message to the younger generations of DNU, Dat shared: “ Scores are not everything. In addition to professional knowledge, you should work hard to participate in extracurricular activities to improve your soft skills and relationships. In particular, students should find internship opportunities right from their first year so that they will not be overwhelmed and have to retrain after graduation... And if you are still struggling to find your own path to the "promised land", try reading "7 habits for successful young people" and join DNU to have great experiences..."
