Accordingly, Dai Nam University has assigned the Faculty of Pharmacy to prepare dry hand sanitizer gel in large quantities. The product strictly complies with and meets the basic criteria of WHO on hygiene and epidemiology, is effective and safe for users.

Products are made to give to lecturers, students, residential areas, administrative agencies and high schools in need in Hanoi.

Pharmacy lecturers directly research and mix standard hand sanitizer gel to give to the community to join hands in preventing the Covid-19 epidemic.

Up to now, Dai Nam University has mixed and donated more than 2,000 liters of hand sanitizer gel to more than 500 cadres, lecturers, staff in the school and thousands of people in residential areas and administrative agencies in need in Hanoi such as: Ministry of Education and Training, Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control of Ha Dong District; Thanh Xuan District Police; Truc Bach Ward; Phu Lam Ward; Phu Luong Ward; Thanh Xuan Trung Ward; Mo Lao Ward...

Dai Nam University donated liter of hand sanitizer gel to the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Ha Dong district.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University said: "Through this activity, Dai Nam University wishes to spread love and sharing, join hands with the community to soon repel the Covid-19 epidemic..."

Mr. Pham Nhu Nghe - Deputy Director of the Department of Higher Education highly appreciated the training activities associated with practice, application capacity as well as social responsibility of Dai Nam University.

Dai Nam University donated 400 bottles of hand sanitizer gel to people in Truc Bach ward.

"The timely preparation and donation of hand sanitizer to the community has contributed to demonstrating the school's capacity and social responsibility. Hopefully, in the future, Dai Nam University will continue to promote its advantages to contribute more to the cause of education and community activities...", said Mr. Pham Nhu Nghe.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Binh - Head of the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Ha Dong District sent her thanks to Dai Nam University and hoped that in the coming time, she would continue to receive support from the school so that the work of disease prevention and control in the district would achieve the highest efficiency.

Dai Nam University donated hand sanitizer gel to people of Phu Luong ward.

Mr. Duong Ngoc Thoa - Vice Chairman of Phu Luong Ward People's Committee - Ha Dong shared: "Hanoi is one of the hot spots of the COVID-19 epidemic. The demand for hand sanitizer gel from the people is very high. We will notify all the people in the ward and deliver this meaningful gift from the school to the people...".

It is known that the hand sanitizer gel is bottled in 250ml and 500ml capacity, has a convenient pump nozzle, is easy to use and ensures hygiene.

Thanh Xuan District Police received hand sanitizer gel from Dai Nam University.

In addition, due to the difficulty in purchasing bottles due to scarce supply and to facilitate storage, transportation, cost savings as well as limit plastic waste to the environment, Dai Nam University uses reusable plastic cans to package hand sanitizer gel.

Dai Nam University donates hand sanitizer to the Ministry of Education and Training.

People who need to use it can bring clean bottles to have the gel extracted and used.

Currently, Dai Nam University is continuing to mix hand sanitizer in large quantities to give away for free to people, students and pupils in need in Hanoi.
