Urgent announcement from Dai Nam University about organizing online learning

To ensure synchronization and improve the effectiveness of online training activities, the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University decided to use the teaching and learning environment on the Microsoft 365 technology platform.

Based on the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic in the world and in the country; to ensure maximum safety for lecturers and students against the Covid-19 epidemic;

Pursuant to the conclusion of the Prime Minister at the Government Standing Committee meeting on Covid-19 prevention and control on March 26, 2020; Pursuant to Notice No. 32303/TB-DN on students continuing to study online;

To ensure synchronization and improve the effectiveness of online training activities, the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University decided to use the teaching and learning environment on the Microsoft 365 technology platform. Microsoft experts will organize online training sessions to support lecturers and students in the process of creating accounts and using Microsoft 365 functions in online teaching and learning:

The first training session on creating an account on Microsoft 365 will be held online at 9:00 am on March 29, 2020 (Sunday) on the youtube channel: www.youtube.com/profviethung.

We recommend that all leaders of units, permanent lecturers, guest lecturers who participate in online teaching, academic affairs of faculties, homeroom teachers and all students access the page www.youtube.com/profviethung at 8:45 a.m. on March 29, 2020, click the registration button (bell button and select to receive all notifications) to wait for the livestream notification with instructions on how to register an account.

Homeroom teachers and student management offices are responsible for notifying all students who register for an account. After registering for an account, students must provide their account information and email to their homeroom teachers.

Students who do not create an account will not be able to fully participate in the classroom functions so all students are required to register and provide an account to their homeroom teacher.

Subsequent training sessions will be announced on the Microsoft 365 system once all faculty and student accounts are available.

Student Management Office, Heads of Faculties, and Homeroom Teachers are responsible for informing all units, trainees, and students to know and implement./.
