Training cooperation with the Polish-Japanese IT Academy: An important premise for developing a generation of young global engineers

Internationalizing education and training students to become global citizens is the development orientation of Dai Nam University. To promote that strategy, the University pays special attention to expanding cooperative relationships with businesses, research institutes, universities and international academies. Following previous training cooperation activities, Dai Nam University continues to sign a training cooperation agreement with the Poland - Japan Information Technology Academy.
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were: Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council; Board of Directors; Leaders of Departments, Offices, and Faculties.
On behalf of the Poland-Japan Information Technology Academy, there were: Dr. Jerzy Paweł Nowacki - Rector, Dr. Aldona Drabik - Vice Rector, Professor Nguyen Huu Viem.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son said that he had lived, studied and worked in Poland for more than 10 years. He highly appreciated the development of Polish education; always wanted to have the opportunity to connect and cooperate in training with large and prestigious universities and academies in Poland to gradually internationalize the key training programs at the School, training generations of global students.
"IT, Computer Science, and Japanese Language are among the key training majors of Dai Nam University. The cooperation between Dai Nam University and the Poland-Japan Information Technology Academy will certainly open up a new direction for students in these training majors at the University. This is an important premise in developing a generation of young, dynamic, enthusiastic, skilled, professional engineers and language graduates... and capable of global integration", Dr. Le Dac Son shared.
Dr. Le Dac Son hopes that the training cooperation with the Poland-Japan Information Technology Academy will "train" a team of young, enthusiastic and talented engineers.
According to the content of the signed MOUs, the two sides established a cooperative relationship, comprehensively supporting the development of training programs in the fields of IT, Science and Technology, Japanese Agriculture..., scientific research, organizing conferences, scientific seminars, career orientation, exchanging lecturers and students; creating conditions for students and lecturers of Dai Nam University to access advances in science and technology.
The signing ceremony between Dai Nam University and the Poland-Japan Information Technology Academy will mark a historical milestone for both sides.

To implement the internationalization of education quickly - strongly - sustainably, in recent times, Dai Nam University has signed training cooperation agreements with many international universities and academies, such as: Minnesota University (USA), Nigerian Foreign Trade Academy, Poland - Japan Information Technology Academy... Dai Nam University will continue to promote international cooperation to improve training quality, bring better learning and self-development opportunities for students, and enhance the position of the University on the Vietnamese and international education rankings.

The Poland-Japan Academy of Information Technology was established in 1994 based on the bilateral friendship between Poland and Japan. The Academy is highly regarded, attracting many international students and postgraduates from Asian countries to study, research and work.
