TopCV Vietnam becomes a partner of Dai Nam University in career support services for students

On the morning of March 24, at the headquarters of TopCV Vietnam, the bilateral cooperation agreement (MOU) signing ceremony between Dai Nam University and TopCV Vietnam Joint Stock Company took place successfully.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were Dr. Luong Cao Dong (Principal), Leaders of the Faculty of Finance - Banking, and many outstanding lecturers and students.

On the side of TopCV Vietnam, the program had the participation of Mr. Tran Trung Hieu (CEO), Mr. Nguyen Bao Long (Community Manager) and Ms. Pham Minh Hien (Business Solution Manager).

The Faculty of Finance and Banking plays the role of the unit in charge of promoting cooperation between Dai Nam University and TopCV Vietnam. This MOU will create the premise for long-term cooperation and development between the two parties.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Luong Cao Dong said: With the orientation of applied training, Dai Nam University always aims for graduates to have enough capacity to participate in the labor market. Therefore, the University always focuses on training, connecting internships and jobs for students.

“Signing a bilateral cooperation agreement with a leading recruitment company like TopCV Vietnam is a great opportunity for students of Dai Nam University. Generations of students in the school will have the opportunity to access a variety of job opportunities in many fields and professions. This is also an opportunity for Dai Nam University to have a clearer view of the labor market, thereby innovating the curriculum to best suit reality…” Dr. Luong Cao Dong shared.

Mr. Tran Trung Hieu said, just like Dai Nam University, TopCV always wants to bring value to the community, especially to the young generation. With an understanding of the market based on a dense information data network, a large number of users, and in-depth data analysis, TopCV will bring students a clear and specific career picture, not only in the present but also in the future, contributing to the success of their career path.

Also at the signing ceremony, the leaders of the two sides had discussions on career orientation for students of Dai Nam University. Notably, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu commented that the financial technology training major (fintech) of the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Dai Nam University is expected to be a "hot" major, bringing the breath of the times in the near future.

Currently, the number of fintech companies in Vietnam and around the world is increasing rapidly, requiring a large number of workers and this job market is not too competitive. Therefore, students majoring in Finance and Technology will certainly have many opportunities to do internships and work right from the 2nd and 3rd years with relatively good treatment in the future.

Within the framework of the signing program, TopCV Joint Stock Company also organized an office tour so that students of Dai Nam University could have the opportunity to visit TopCV's working environment, thereby understanding more about the company's departments and job positions.
