Thousands of DNU students “turn on the green switch” to save the Earth

The Team building program - Turn on the green switch, connect and spread the message of joining hands to protect the environment attracted the participation of thousands of Dai Nam University students. This is one of the outstanding activities in the Traditional Camping program - For a green future of Dai Nam University.

More than 1,000 young people joined, connected and spread the message of joining hands to protect the environment.

The problem of waste has no solution; groundwater is depleted due to rampant construction; all rivers are polluted; forests are destroyed; the ocean is vast but fish are about to suffocate because of waste; global climate change... Under those impacts, hundreds of millions of people around the world, including Vietnam, have been, are and will be in poverty and disease...

The Traditional Camping Program - For a Green Future of teachers and students of Dai Nam University with a series of meaningful activities: Campaign to protect the environment, create the Earth with recycled waste, camping competition - flashmob dance and especially team building on the environmental theme has contributed to educating awareness, raising responsibility and deeply spreading the message of joining hands to protect the environment, combating global climate change in the community.

At the Camp, more than 1,000 students joined the Team building program - Turn on the green switch with a series of challenges to build "green" habits, spread positive lifestyles and "green" energy. From there, each student understood more about their responsibility to join hands to protect the environment; form a positive lifestyle and awareness, spread the message of joining hands to the community.

At each challenge stage, the teams not only practice teamwork, solidarity, listening, understanding, sharing, and teamwork, but also deeply understand the messages.

What is worth mentioning in the Team building activity - Turn on the green switch of DNU is the professionalism and the meticulousness in building the content, form and rules of the games. The 4 challenging stages, including: Nature journey, nature protection, water resource protection and conquering the peak all take the theme of environment as the main action throughout.

Accordingly, in each competition, the teams not only practice teamwork, solidarity, listening, understanding, sharing, and teamwork skills, but also deeply understand the messages.

Specifically, with the first stage, the message Dai Nam University wants to convey to young people is that the Green journey is not just words but must be an effort to change the actions of an entire group, a community.

Stage 2, members realized the importance of taking action to preserve rare creatures to make the environment better.

After overcoming the challenge of stage 3, each member will understand that water is one of the four precious resources that the Earth has bestowed upon mankind. However, just one small act of waste by each individual can cause the resource to be depleted. Therefore, each individual should "cover the gap of bad consciousness" to preserve this precious resource for the future.

With the challenge of conquering the peak, like learning and scientific research activities, Dai Nam University wishes to become a pioneer in building and forming a new lifestyle for young people, a Green lifestyle full of dynamism and experience.
