Faculty of Information Technology is one of the strong and key faculties of Dai Nam University.

III. General introduction to the department

The Faculty of Information Technology of Dai Nam University is one of the key technology faculties of the school.

1. Year of establishment: Faculty of Information Technology was established in 2009
2. Training system: Regular university
3. Training majors: Computer Science; Communication Networks; Software Engineering.
4. Team:  The staff, permanent lecturers and guest lecturers are highly qualified, dedicated to their profession and students, always innovating teaching methods to maximize the capacity of learners with the goal of bringing the highest efficiency in teaching. The Faculty has a team of collaborators who are researchers and lecturers at major institutes and universities in the country.
5. Training program:

• The training program is built based on the professional IT human resource skills standards issued under Circular 11/2015/TT-BTTTT;
• The program structure is built in an application-oriented direction with the enhancement of professional skills, soft skills, and foreign language skills.
• The training program is regularly updated with advanced scientific and technological knowledge of the world to meet the continuous development trend of information technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

1. Practical equipment: With the goal of training in the direction of application, students upon graduation must have enough professional skills to meet the recruitment needs of IT human resource users, the School focuses on investing in equipment and practice facilities.

Teachers and students of the Faculty of Information Technology at the 10th Anniversary of the Faculty's founding (2019).

Currently, the faculty has 3 large computer rooms with each room having more than 60 new generation computers with high configuration to meet the learning needs of all students in the faculty, 01 practice room with dozens of servers, network equipment, security equipment to ensure that all students are trained in practical skills outside of theoretical classes. This is one of the reasons why students of the Faculty of Information Technology at Dai Nam University are very confident that they can find a job even before graduation.

1. Student management: The faculty has a team of qualified, enthusiastic, responsible and dedicated homeroom teachers who always treat students as their own children. In addition to working closely with families in management, the faculty's homeroom teachers are also student academic advisors, helping students in the faculty have the best orientation in developing their future careers. The Faculty of Information Technology, together with Dai Nam University, is truly the second home of all students studying here.
2. Cooperation and development: The Faculty has been cooperating with leading universities and IT research institutes in the country such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and other universities; with the world's leading IT training corporations such as Aptech, NIIT, etc.; with leading software production and service companies such as IBM Vietnam, Microsoft Vietnam, FPT, CMC, VietSoftware, etc.; with Vietnam Association for Information Technology - VAIP, Vietnam Open Source Club - VFOSSA; with IT application enterprises such as Vietnam Communications Joint Stock Company (VCcorp); Vietnam Pricing Joint Stock Company, etc. This cooperation helps students have an environment to experience expertise and opens up good job opportunities for students as well as improving the training quality of the Faculty. Currently, many student teams of the Faculty are directly participating in projects and professional activities of IT Companies and Enterprises.
3. Employment rate of students after graduation: Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties with high employment rate after graduation. Employment rate of students after 01 year of graduation:
