As everyone knows, student Le Thi Lan Anh - class QTDL 12-03, one of the most outstanding students of course 12, Faculty of Tourism, Dai Nam University unfortunately suffered from a serious illness - leukemia. With the desire to share and contribute a part of the cost to help Lan Anh have more determination and conditions to treat the disease, on April 8, the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University launched a fundraising campaign to support Lan Anh and her family in spirit and material.

As soon as she heard that student Le Thi Lan Anh was sick, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal, on behalf of the school, visited and encouraged her and her family.
After only a few days of launching and summarizing the first phase, the amount of money teachers, students and donors donated to Lan Anh had reached 35 million VND. At noon on April 11, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal on behalf of the school visited, encouraged and presented 35 million VND to the family. It was thought that the money would help Lan Anh overcome her serious illness, but unfortunately, on the morning of April 12, Lan Anh breathed her last...

Summing up the entire fundraising campaign, the amount of money donated to Lan Anh was 50,992,000 VND. Because Lan Anh no longer had the opportunity to use the money donated by everyone, the University asked for permission from the staff, lecturers, students in the school and benefactors to donate the remaining amount (15,992,000 VND) to other seriously ill people of Dai Nam University, including students: NTC - class LTTC 07-11, thyroid cancer; TT H - class LTCĐ 08-03, breast cancer; PTV P - class LTTC 06-02 breast cancer and NT K - class LTTC 07-01, brain cancer.
