The national high school mock exam is more difficult than students imagine.

The exam took place in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on how to organize the exam. When evaluating the exam questions of the two subjects on the first day, many students said that the exam questions were difficult, the knowledge was at the level of both grades 10 and 11, more difficult than they had imagined. Not many students could do the entire exam, only good students could achieve 80%, and if they were average students, it would not be easy to solve 50% of the exam questions.

However, because this is a mock exam, the students' mentality is very relaxed. Many students see the exam as a practice test in class and not too concerned about whether they can do the test or not.

A female student at Gia Dinh High School said that the math test has a very high classification ability, only good students can do it, even average students will "get stuck" on some questions.

“Although it was a mock exam, everything was like a real exam, only the students were more relaxed. This year is the first year of the national high school exam , so I want to have the opportunity to practice, get familiar with and interact with the exam before taking the official exam,” the student said.

According to many teachers, the fact that the exam is considered relatively difficult for students is appropriate because the mock exam is held early and students do not have much time to review . The results of the exam cannot say anything. Schools encourage students to participate in the exam so that they can practice and get used to the new exam structure.

Immediately after each exam, the Department of Education and Training announces the answers for each subject. According to the Department's instructions, after the exam ends and the results are available, schools and students will draw lessons from their shortcomings to plan for training and review in the time before the official exam.
