The International Scientific Conference is organized by the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Dai Nam University and the Office of Scientific Management and Cooperation Development in collaboration with Asia University, Taiwan. The Conference will discuss issues within the field of financial technology and aims at three fundamental objectives:

Firstly, to create a forum for scientists, managers, doctoral students, and scholars to exchange knowledge and share experiences regarding the conditions that support, and promote the development of Fintech in Vietnam.

Secondly, to provide opportunities for Fintech companies, commercial banks, and enterprises applying and utilizing Fintech products to discuss the difficulties and challenges they face in their operations. Consequently, this will lead to proposing recommendations aimed at contributing to the creation of a more favorable ecosystem for the development of Fintech in Vietnam in the near future.

Thirdly, to enhance research capabilities and develop training programs in the field of Fintech, contributing to strengthening and elevating the position of Dai Nam University amidst the opportunities and challenges of the current digital age. 

The International Fintech Scientific Conference will enhance the ecosystem for Fintech development in Vietnam, keeping pace with the trends and development of countries within the region and worldwide.

The urgency of the conference, coupled with the professionalism and thoroughness in the organization by Dai Nam University has attracted over 100 domestic and international scientists to participate. Specifically, the Conference has received over 100 scientific articles contributed by authors who are professors, researchers from universities and research institutes both domestically and internationally, Fintech managers, and experts

The articles and research proposals are focused on exploring the key issues of the conference theme, such as refining legal frameworks, promoting collaboration between commercial banks and businesses with Fintech technology companies, and encompassing requirements regarding risk management and training to meet the country's demand for both quantity and quality in Fintech human resources.

Mr. Maxx Tsai possesses extensive expertise in Venture Capital (8 years), Smartphone Technology and Semiconductors (10 years), and Corporate Banking (1.5 years).

Mr. Nguyen Tu Anh - Director General, of the Department of General Economic Affairs at Central Party’s Economic Commission, will participate in the second session of the seminar discussing the framework and policies for the Fintech industry in Vietnam.
