The first bowls of porridge in the program "Warm Winter Love"

At 10:30 p.m. on November 23, 2014, the first bowls of hot porridge in the program "Warm Winter with Love" rich in nutrition and affection by volunteer students of Dai Nam University were delivered to the homeless, street vendors, scrap collectors, night-time cleaners... in the capital city of Hanoi.

As one of the charity activities in the program "Warm Winter Love" launched by the Volunteer Student Team of Dai Nam University and calling for support from individuals and organizations with kind hearts, interested in meditation programs. With the desire to help, share the difficulties with the less fortunate, the first issue of "Warm Porridge" has received the support of many benefactors. This first pot of porridge was fully supported by Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Executive Director of the school. Always interested in charity programs, organizing meaningful social activities for students to participate in, when the volunteer students presented the idea, she immediately took out her own money to support. Her affection has helped the volunteer team to be more spirited and confident about this meaningful but equally difficult work.

The whole volunteer team prepared the ingredients and cooked porridge all afternoon.

Hot, nutritious porridge is ready for the charity trip.

Starting from 5:00 p.m. on November 23, members of the Volunteer Team were present at the school's facility at 56 Vu Trong Phung to prepare ingredients together, cook pots of nutritious rice porridge to bring to charity.
