This year, Tien Giang University was assigned to host exam cluster 36 for candidates from 2 provinces: Tien Giang and Ben Tre. Currently, we have reviewed the stages of serving and organizing the exam.
Specifically, the school has established the 2015 Admissions Steering Committee and its affiliated committees. Based on the survey data, the Steering Committee will coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces to coordinate with the University of Natural Resources and Environment to approve the exam organization plan in mid-April 2015.
In addition, the University will also advise the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Steering Committee for the 2015 National High School Graduation Exam to lead the successful implementation of the exam.
We expect the examination sites to be held in My Tho city and neighboring districts including Chau Thanh, Cho Gao... within a radius of 20km from the center of My Tho city. There are expected to be about 31 examination sites with about 800 examination rooms and 29,000 candidates.
The testing sites will be located at 3 campuses of Tien Giang University and colleges, vocational colleges, high schools and secondary schools with suitable facilities.
Specifically, Tien Giang University has 112 rooms corresponding to 4,032 candidates. Other schools have 693 rooms corresponding to 25,032 candidates.
Regarding the exam supervisors, we will mobilize about 900 people, including the school's staff, lecturers and final year students, to participate in the exam supervision.
In addition, the School will invite about 1,500 teachers from colleges, vocational schools, and high schools to participate in exam invigilation.
* Master Hoang Xuan Quang - Vice Principal of An Giang University: Proactively and actively implementing

An Giang University is the unit assigned to preside over examination cluster number 37 for candidates from 2 provinces: An Giang and Kien Giang. Up to now, preparations for the "2 in 1" exam have been actively deployed.
The site has surveyed facilities, human resources and drafted and issued documents for management.
It is expected that this year's National High School Exam will attract over 28,000 candidates to An Giang. Of these, about 15,000 will be from An Giang province and about 13,000 will be from Kien Giang province.
To ensure transportation for candidates and their families during the exam, we have developed a plan to closely coordinate with sectors such as: Traffic, Police, local authorities and social organizations.
At the same time, continue to maintain and promote the working efficiency of youth volunteers, exam season support teams, etc.
Particularly at examination cluster 37, there are candidates coming from the island district of Kien Giang province. Therefore, regarding the travel of candidates, we would like to remind schools to coordinate with localities to proactively organize travel for candidates and their families, we will support them at the examination site.
