“I was really surprised by the thoughtfulness, enthusiasm and dedication of the staff of the Center for Student Employment and Entrepreneurship at Dai Nam University. There is no distinction between students, alumni of the University and outsiders. All are supported wholeheartedly. I am grateful to the Center for accompanying and supporting me in the process of “conquering” employers”. “I feel extremely lucky to know about the Center for “Student Employment and Entrepreneurship” of Dai Nam University. Ms. Pham Thi Dung - Deputy Director of the Center for "Student Employment and Entrepreneurship" said: With the development of technology and online recruitment platforms, it is not difficult for young people to search for information and submit applications. However, many young people do not receive any response from businesses after sending their CVs.

One of the main reasons is that young people do not know how to present and highlight their CV; they have not highlighted their strengths as well as their suitability for the position they are applying for. In addition, writing emails that are abrupt, lacking subjects, predicates, etc. are also taboo mistakes, causing the recruiter to lose sympathy. This invisibly causes the candidates' profiles to be 'immediately eliminated'.

According to statistics from the Center, the rate of candidates receiving an interview invitation email from the company after editing their CV is up to 90%. The Center will give suggestions, edit and 'review' (check in advance) the CVs of the young people before sending them to the employer. The “Social Innovation Launch 2023” contest – A social innovation idea launch pad organized by the “Student Employment and Entrepreneurship” Center in collaboration with the World Federation of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs, Thang Long Branch (JCI) attracted hundreds of students nationwide to participate.
