The 3rd Congress of Dai Nam University Party Cell, term 2020 - 2025: Solidarity - Innovation - Integration - Development

On the morning of June 3, Dai Nam University solemnly held the 3rd Party Congress of the school, term 2020-2025.

Comrade Le Dac Son - Secretary of the Party Cell of Dai Nam University, Term II, read the opening speech of the Congress.

Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen To Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges and comrades in the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the block.

Comrade Luong Cao Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Term II, presented the Political report at the Congress.

On the side of Dai Nam University Party Cell, there were the Executive Committee of the 2nd Party Cell, representatives of the Standing Committee of the University Council, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and 46 official delegates of the Congress.

The Congress votes on the contents passed at the Congress.

After two urgent, serious and responsible working sessions with the spirit of solidarity, promoting democracy and concentrating intelligence, the 3rd Congress of Dai Nam University Party Cell, term 2020-2025 was a great success.

The Congress elected the Party Cell Executive Committee, term III, 2020-2025.

With an objective and honest spirit, the Congress properly assessed the achieved results; pointed out the limitations, shortcomings, causes and drew lessons in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 2nd School Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term; thereby, determining the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2020-2025 period.

The Party Cell Executive Committee, term III, 2020-2025, introduced itself to the Congress.

The Congress discussed and supplemented the report synthesizing opinions on documents of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) submitted to the 13th National Congress of the Party and the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the Hanoi University and College Bloc.

The Congress also selected and elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee (EC) of the School Party Cell, term III, 2020-2025, representing the intelligence, capacity, qualities and fighting strength of the Party Cell, demonstrating the inheritance, continuity and innovation of personnel work, to lead and organize the successful implementation of the Congress Resolution.

Comrade Nguyen To Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges gave a speech directing the Congress.

The Congress also elected 1 official delegate and 1 delegate representing more than 55 Party members of the School Party Cell to attend the Congress of Party Delegates of Hanoi Universities and Colleges for the 2020-2025 term.

The Congress also sincerely thanks the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges, the comrades in the working committees of the Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges for their regular guidance and attendance, creating the success of the Congress.

The Congress warmly welcomed the cadres, party members, students and trainees of the whole school who contributed to the preparation and organization of the Congress; achieved many achievements in the emulation movements to welcome the Congress.

The success of the 3rd Congress of the School Party Cell is of great significance, opening a new period of development of the School. In order for the Resolution of the Congress to become a reality, the decisive issue is the organization of implementation. The Congress requires the Party Committee to focus on leading, directing, and organizing well the research, thoroughly and deeply disseminating the Resolution of the Congress to every cadre, party member, student and trainee in the whole School. On the basis of the Resolution of the Congress, develop specific programs and implementation plans, suitable to the actual situation of the unit, contributing to the collective Party Cell of the School to overcome all difficulties and challenges, exploit resources well, successfully implement the targets of the Congress Resolution, bringing Dai Nam University to a new level in accordance with the mission and vision set by the School.
