The 2022 Love Cake - 12-year charity journey of sending love

Under the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, all activities of Dai Nam University had to move online. In particular, the charity program "The Cake of Love" is extremely meaningful to students, but they cannot participate directly as usual. However, teachers and staff of Dai Nam University are still determined to organize and maintain the program "The Cake of Love 2022" with the theme "Spring of Connection, Tet of Sharing" to honor traditional cultural values, promote the spirit of mutual love and support of the nation.

The "Banh Nghia Tinh" program of Dai Nam University was first held in 2011 and is now in its 12th year.

This is one of the volunteer activities that has a profound influence in the social community, contributing to building the brand of Dai Nam University.

After 12 consecutive years of implementation, the charity journey of "The meaningful cake" has mobilized more than 10,000 cadres, lecturers and students to participate; donated and gave away nearly 3 billion VND in cash; teachers and students personally wrapped and boiled more than 15,000 green banh chung cakes to bring Tet to tens of thousands of less fortunate people in society.

This year, teachers and staff of the school will represent more than 10,000 students to directly hand out gifts worth from 300,000 - 3,000,000 VND including banh chung, milk and cash to the less fortunate in society...

These are the homeless elderly, without care; orphans, homeless children; patients with serious illnesses who cannot return home to celebrate Tet with their families; vulnerable people in society; people in quarantine areas, blockade areas, epidemic areas; disadvantaged students living in Hanoi and Lao students in dormitories...

The meaningful cake of teachers and students of Dai Nam University comes to poor patients at Ha Dong General Hospital - Hanoi.
