The 15th Icon Contest to Find Impressive Freshmen Faces

With the aim of creating a bright and healthy cultural playground for K15 new students in the context of online learning; searching for elegant new student faces to represent the image of K15; contributing to shaping and building the style and model of Dai Nam University students in the integration period, Dai Nam University organizes the contest to find impressive new student faces The 15th Icon with a total prize value of up to 30 million VND and many attractive benefits.

PARTICIPANTS

All new full-time university students of the 15th course have successfully enrolled at Dai Nam University.

EXAM FORMAT

The contest is organized in the form of an online photo contest on the official fanpage of Dai Nam University ( https://www.facebook.com/DAINAM.EDU.VN )

CONTEST RULES

Round 1 - Preliminary

Phase 1: Candidates register to participate in the contest by registering at the link https://forms.gle/8NtH5QKaSrF6U1ci7 and sending the following information:

+ 01 contest photo: personal photo, clear face

+ Personal information: Full name, major, height, weight, hobbies, talents...

• Registration submission period: From August 26, 2021 – August 31, 2021
• Voting period: From September 3, 2021 – September 7, 2021
• Time to announce results: September 9, 2021
• Expected number of candidates: Unlimited
• Number of finalists: 10 students

Round 2: Candidates register to participate in the contest by registering via the link (the Organizing Committee will notify after the first Preliminary Round ends) and send the following information:

+ 1 contest photo: personal photo, clear face

+ Personal information: Full name, major, height, weight, hobbies, talents...

• Registration submission period: From September 10, 2021 – September 15, 2021
• Voting period: From September 17, 2021 – September 21, 2021
• Announcement time: September 23, 2021
• Expected number of candidates: Unlimited
• Number of finalists: 10 students

Round 2 - Final

Top 20 finalists send information to the Organizing Committee via the link (the Organizing Committee will notify after the Preliminary round ends) including:

+ 02 contest photos: Full body photo, portrait photo (Do not reuse photos from the preliminary round)

+ Personal information according to the form.

• Time to submit information: From September 24, 2021 - September 28, 2021
• Voting period: From September 30, 2021 – October 4, 2021
• Announcement date: October 6, 2021

REGULATIONS ON PHOTO QUALITY

- Photos can be taken from cameras, mobile phones.

- Contest photos must be in digital format, image files must be in jpg, png format; image size must be larger than 2MB. Standard HD resolution.

- Each contest photo cannot be a composite of multiple photos.

- Contest photos must not contain content that violates Vietnamese customs and culture; must not violate Vietnamese law. The Organizing Committee has the right to exclude products with inappropriate content and quality.

HOW TO VOTE

- The Organizing Committee compiles and selects the entries and posts them on the fanpage "Dai Nam University"

- Voting form:

+ Like and share the contest entry on Fanpage: Dai Nam University with the hashtag #15thIcon and tag 5 friends in public mode.

+ Vote for candidates through like and share as follows.

How to calculate points

- Total score = social media voting score + entry reach score

- Social media voting score = total votes * 40%

+ Expressing emotions: 1 point

+ Share the contest entry: 2 points (not counted in private mode and each person can only share once with hashtag)

- Contest entry reach score = total reach * 60%

OTHER PROVISIONS

• Parameters (emotions, shares, post reach) are calculated according to parameters provided by Facebook and only count data on Dai Nam University Fanpage.
• Contestants participating in the contest are considered to have agreed to all rules and regulations and agreed to all decisions of the Organizing Committee.
• These rules come into effect from the time the contest is officially announced.
• All cases of mass vote purchase and other fraudulent acts, when detected, will result in disqualification from the contest.
• In any case, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to change, supplement or edit part or all of the content of these Rules as long as such changes or supplements do not negatively affect the rights of the Contestants.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding all matters or events arising from the Contest.
• Contestants are responsible for the copyright of their works.

PRIZE STRUCTURE

- Total prize value: 31,000,000 VND
