In order to raise awareness of “volunteering for the community”; raise awareness of humanitarian blood donation, blood transfusion safety and HIV/AIDS prevention through blood transfusion among staff, lecturers and students of the School, contributing to overcoming the shortage of blood banks. The volunteer student team has gone to each branch to propagate; mobilize staff and students of the School to participate in blood donation , share love and compassion to help those who are struggling day and night for life due to blood shortage...

The humanitarian blood donation program “ Red Week 2015 ” includes many meaningful activities taking place in parallel: Blood donation journey “ Red Week 2015 ”; “ The calligrapher gives letters ”; “ My class is the bloodiest ” contest.

However, to have good health, be eligible to donate blood, and provide enough blood for blood banks, teachers and students need to pay attention to the following issues:

After donating blood, you may experience slight dizziness, so it is important that you rest and relax, and avoid moving quickly. In the first 2-3 days after donating blood, you should take it easy, rest more than usual, avoid strenuous activities, competitive games that require a lot of physical strength: soccer, weightlifting, do not climb high... do not stay up too late, do not drink alcohol.
