TCNH students affirm their Intelligence - Strength - Talent at the FIB Cup 2023 football tournament

In the spirit of SEA Games 32, responding to the lifelong sports training movement of the University; recently, the Faculty of Finance and Banking of Dai Nam University organized the "Finance and Banking Student Football Tournament - FIB Cup 2023". The tournament is an opportunity for exchange and connection between the school and businesses; students have the opportunity to demonstrate their Intelligence - Strength - Talent to businesses, expanding career opportunities in the future.

FIB Cup 2023 is a mental boost for students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking before entering the final exam period of the school year.

FIB Cup is an annual tournament held to affirm the growing sports movement in the Faculty of Finance and Banking; at the same time, strengthen the relationship of exchange, solidarity and learning of students of the whole faculty, thereby contributing to improving the quality of student activities of the faculty and the school.

This year, the opening ceremony and the first matches were attended by: representatives of the Youth Union; staff and lecturers of Departments, Offices, and Faculties; partner businesses of the Faculty and the School in the field of Finance - Banking. Especially with the cheers of more than 1,000 fans.

The teams will compete from May 13 to May 24 at Dai Nam University Football Field.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, MSc. Bui Xuan Luan - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University said: Promoting sports, improving health and physical strength for students is the goal of the Faculty. Through sports activities, students can connect and demonstrate to businesses their talent, courage and endurance. Many students "scored absolute points" and were recruited by business representatives for internships and jobs right after the tournament.

“I hope the players will play their best, give the audience good plays and beautiful goals; contribute to the success of the season and be able to conquer the recruiters here,” said Master Bui Xuan Luan.

Right after the opening ceremony, the first matches of the group stage took place with great tension and drama. The skillful strikers and beautiful goals certainly left many good impressions in the hearts of the fans.

The opening match between TCNH 15.02 and CBGV DNU was very exciting, the players of both teams showed great spirit of competition, fair and equal.

Lecturers and students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Dai Nam University enthusiastically cheered on the players.

After the opening ceremony are the qualifying rounds. This year's final is scheduled to take place on May 24, 2023. We invite teachers and students to watch.

With their "old" experience, the team of teachers (in pink shirts) won with a score of 4 - 1 against the second year student players of TCNH 15.02.

Taking place at the same time was a very open match between the first year boys of TCNH 16.02 and the student team of TCNH K14.

The youth of the freshmen could not overcome the experience of the third-year students, the two teams tied in a match with 6 goals.
