TCBC: Inauguration Ceremony of the Taiwan Ministry of Education Representative Office in Vietnam & Announcement Ceremony of the Semiconductor Chip Cooperation between Dai Nam University and Taiwanese Technology Universities

With the aim of becoming a bridge for Vietnamese students to study abroad and stay and work long-term in Taiwan; and implementing international talent training programs in the field of technology, the Ministry of Education of Taiwan established a representative office in Vietnam.

This is the official representative office of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan in Vietnam. The office has the function of connecting training institutions, training programs, scholarship policies, training programs - exchange of lecturers and students in the industrial field, encouraging international students to study and stay in Taiwan to work. Accordingly, all training institutions that need to send students to Taiwan to study and stay in Taiwan to work must go through this official representative office.

The semiconductor industry is recognized as the fastest growing industry in the world today. The total revenue of the semiconductor industry is expected to be 2,000 billion USD by 2030. Taiwan is the leading territory in the field of semiconductor chip production in the world, especially products with high technical technology content. Semiconductor technology training is an urgent task not only in Vietnam but also in the whole world.

With the advantage of flexible joint training programs, attractive scholarship policies from Taiwan and professional support from excellent experts from Minh Tan University of Science and Technology, Hoa Long University of Science and Technology and large semiconductor chip manufacturing enterprises in Taiwan, Dai Nam University is one of the first universities to cooperate with Taiwanese universities to confidently open a major in training human resources in the semiconductor chip industry and officially enroll students from the 2023-2024 school year.
