The video creation contest “Tet at home” was born with the purpose of creating a playground for students inside and outside Dai Nam University to share moments of celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Tiger.

At the same time, it is also an opportunity for DNU Media students to experience producing media products. The contest attracted a large number of Dai Nam University students to participate. Media students were evaluated as sharp, creative, and deeply exploiting issues.

After nearly a month of launching and organizing, the award ceremony took place on February 21, 2022 at 56 Vu Trong Phung - Thanh Xuan - Hanoi, and was broadcast live on the DNU-Faculty of Communications Fanpage.

The image of square green banh chung and round banh tet carefully wrapped by grandmothers, fathers and mothers, tenderly offered on the altar shows respect to ancestors. The bustling atmosphere of the last days of the year, the whole family cleans the house together, praying for a prosperous new year. The first days of the new year, everyone dresses up neatly, wishing each other the best wishes. Scenes of spring outings, young people dancing spring dances with friends. There are also simple Tets, mothers' worries and then bursting into love when we realize, no need to buy things, no need for new clothes, delicious food, just being together, being together is Tet.

As a TV editor and judge of many media creation competitions at many universities, Judge Dan Le commented: “Dai Nam media students are diligent in researching topics and have a passion for creative activities. “This is truly an activity of playing while learning, learning while playing. When we first entered the school, we were a bit discouraged because we had to study communication online, so we didn’t know if it would be interesting or not, but now, through many activities of the Faculty, we have had the opportunity to interact and connect a lot. I hope that the Faculty of Communication will organize more competitions like this so that we can do, practice, and express ourselves more” – The champion of the competition shared.
